About our service
Audit-Clean Solution is a managed service platform operated by Simone's Solutions Ltd. We coordinate cleaning, hospitality, handyman and contractor services by engaging approved third-party contractors on behalf of clients. We are not the direct employer of contractors.
Quotes and bookings
All quotes are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes. A booking is confirmed only when a quote is accepted and any required deposit is received. Cancellations may be subject to fees depending on notice given.
Service delivery
We aim to deliver services at the agreed time and standard. If a contractor is unable to attend, we will endeavour to reschedule or provide an alternative. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Payments
Invoices are issued in line with the agreed quote. Deposits may be required for larger bookings. Late payments may incur interest or suspension of future services. All card payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Contractor terms
Contractors operate as independent service providers. Registration does not guarantee work allocation. Contractors must maintain appropriate insurance, meet service standards, and must not solicit clients outside of approved jobs. We reserve the right to suspend or remove contractors who breach these terms.
Liability
Our total liability is limited to the value of the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or unforeseeable losses. Clients and contractors are responsible for their own property, equipment and insurance where applicable.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Either party may terminate the service relationship with reasonable notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
